Global Air Shipping Notice

At BMW MTrend, we provide worldwide delivery on all orders using direct international air freight to ensure efficient and reliable transit times regardless of your location.

1. Fulfillment Locations

To ensure optimal inventory availability and fast handling, items ordered from BMW ///M Trend are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment hubs located in:

  • China

  • Ukraine

Depending on product availability and destination logistics, your order may be shipped from either warehouse location. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

2. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped using International Air Freight / Air Express Services.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 4 business days (order verification, quality check, and packaging).

  • Estimated Air Transit Time: 7 to 30 business days (depending on destination country and local customs handling).

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is processed and handed over to the international air carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs clearance fees and local import taxes in accordance with local regulations.

5. Extended Delays & Delivery Protection

While air shipping provides fast delivery times, unexpected customs inspections or international transit disruptions can occasionally happen. In accordance with our global store terms, if a shipment is stuck in the shipping process and not delivered after 100 days from dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
